# IDO Calendar

Our mission is to incubate the top tier projects launching on the Sui ecosystem from start to finish.\
With this in mind, our [**IDO application**](https://meadowlaunch.com/) is open to any entrepreneur in the Defi/web3 space who has the ambition to start their own project and develop it to its fullest potential.\
\
We have many blockchain projects reaching out to us on a daily basis and we take our time to make sure these projects have what it takes to succeed in this space.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Our Criteria for IDOs</mark>

* KYC (know your customer) at least 3 members of the core team
* Doxxed internally to the Meadow team
* Must be willing to negotiate the best terms for Meadow investors
* Must be willing to support Meadow investors in alignment with [insurance](https://meadow.gitbook.io/docs/insurance "mention")
* Initial Market cap must be between $50,000 (minimum) - $900,000 (max)
